By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Julia Scalper EA (the "EA", "Software", or "Product") from xauusdjulia.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

Julia Scalper EA is an automated trading program (Expert Advisor) for MetaTrader 4 (MT4). It is a digital software product. It automates entries, exits, and risk management on MT4 charts.

• Price: $295 USD, one-time payment.
• Includes a lifetime license and free updates.
• Payment in USDT (TRC20) or BTC only — no card, no bank.
• License is delivered electronically via Telegram and/or email after payment confirmation.

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use one (1) instance of Julia Scalper EA on one (1) MetaTrader 4 account at a time.

• 1 license = 1 active MT4 account at a time (not "1 live + 1 demo" — one total).
• You may move the license to a different MT4 account by contacting support.
• You may NOT share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the license to another person.
• You may NOT decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or extract source code from the EA.
• Violation of these terms results in immediate license termination without refund.

Julia Scalper EA is a digital product, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once the license key has been issued, the product cannot be "returned." Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You did not understand how the EA works before buying.
• You experienced trading losses while using the EA.
• The EA did not match your expectations.
• Your broker, VPS, or MT4 build has compatibility issues.
• You stopped using the EA.
• You were unable to set up the EA.
• You no longer want the product.

Before purchasing, you are strongly encouraged to:

• Watch the installation video to understand setup difficulty.
• Read the FAQ at xauusdjulia.com/faq.
• Message @xauusdjulia on Telegram with any pre-purchase questions.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without a legitimate fraud claim will be contested and may result in license termination and legal action for breach of contract.

If you experience a technical issue, contact support on Telegram (@xauusdjulia) — we will work with you to resolve it. Technical issues are not grounds for refund; they are grounds for support.

Trading the financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Julia Scalper EA is a tool, not a guarantee.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You can lose part or all of your trading capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account losses.
• We provide no investment advice. We are not a broker, a regulated financial advisor, or a portfolio manager.
• You must understand how MT4 Expert Advisors work, including risk management settings (lot size, stop loss, broker spread, slippage) before using the EA on a live account.
• Use of the EA on a live trading account is entirely at your own risk.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the EA will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or compatible with every broker, VPS, or MT4 build.

Performance depends on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: broker execution, spread, slippage, internet connectivity, VPS performance, MT4 version, account leverage, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Julia Scalper EA, its creators, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, missed profits, broker fees, swap charges, slippage costs, or VPS downtime — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software ($295).

We provide direct creator support via Telegram (@xauusdjulia) for installation, license activation, and basic configuration. Support is best-effort, not a guaranteed SLA.

We do not provide trading advice, broker recommendations beyond general guidance, or custom strategy modifications. Technical issues caused by broker-specific configurations, custom indicators, third-party tools, or user modifications are not covered.

All intellectual property in Julia Scalper EA — including the compiled executable (.ex4), source code, trading algorithm, branding, website content, video content, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of the creators of Julia Scalper EA. Purchasing a license grants you a right to use, not ownership.

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the EA to any platform.
• Use the EA on any account other than the one your license is assigned to.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the EA's source code or logic.
• Use the EA in any way that violates your broker's terms of service or applicable law.
• Use the EA to manipulate markets, engage in fraud, or violate financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Impersonate the creators of Julia Scalper EA or misrepresent the product.

Breach of acceptable use results in immediate license termination without refund and possible legal action.

Updates are provided at our discretion and are free for licensed users. We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the EA after an update constitutes acceptance of any functional changes.

We may terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, abuse support, attempt to share or resell the EA, engage in chargeback fraud, or use the EA in a way that damages the reputation or integrity of the product.

We collect only what is required to deliver the EA: your MT4 account number (to bind the license), your Telegram ID and/or email (to deliver the license and provide support), and the wallet address you paid from (to verify payment). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Julia Scalper EA operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith communication first, then arbitration if necessary.
