This Privacy Policy explains how Julia Scalper ("we", "us"), operating the website xauusdjulia.com, collects and uses your information. Julia Scalper sells a one-time software license (an Expert Advisor) for the MetaTrader 4 platform. We are a software vendor — we do not manage funds or provide financial advice.

• Account info: your name and email address when you sign in (via Google or email) to purchase or access your license.
• Order info: purchase records, the license key issued to you, and your trading account number when the EA validates your license.
• Payment info: for card payments, your card details are entered on and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. For crypto payments, we record the blockchain transaction and wallet address used.
• Technical info: basic usage/analytics and, when the EA runs, the broker name, account number, balance and server it reports for license validation.

• To process your purchase and deliver your license key and software.
• To validate your license and prevent unauthorized sharing or piracy.
• To provide customer support and send you your license/download details.
• To send service emails (e.g. your order, license delivery, or a reminder if a payment didn't complete). We do not sell your data.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy and security standards (PCI-DSS). We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details (such as your email and the last digits/brand of the card) — never your full card data. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on public blockchains (TRON/Bitcoin); transaction data on those networks is inherently public.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business:

• Stripe — card payment processing.
• Email provider — to deliver your license and order emails.
• When required by law, or to enforce our Terms and protect against fraud/abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We keep your account, order, and license records for as long as your license is valid and as needed for support, tax, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to records we must legally retain) by contacting us.
